12th Hangover - Look The Part #2 [Action]

[The Captain, even if he was compelled, felt like trying to be the hero again. It ended well with him being crippled and later dieing. Needless to say, it was pretty horrible.

The Captain now has finally taken out his regain. Putting it on and taking a walk out to Makeout Point. Alcohol was probably involved.

A)
You can see The Captain walking and drunk in public as usual. Carrying a bottle of whiskey. This time though he is wearing a spandex costume with a flannel cape!





B)
You can catch The Captain at Makeout Point. The strange man in spandex with a cape is just sitting there at the ledge staring out at the town. His half finished bottle is sitting aside as he just seems to be spending some sad time alone.



((OOC: Any characters with enough knowledge of Marvel Comics may recognize the spandex as being the uniform of Captain Universe. The Captain and the cape only appear in Nextwave and only for a few panels ever so feel free to not have a clue who The Captain is or why he's wearing the cape.))
