39th Hangover - Heroes Never Die
[Mark Matthews is reading the paper tonight before bed. There's a glass of scotch by his side and that big fake smile on his face.
That smile turns into a frown when he realizes he can't comprehend what the newspaper is saying.
The Captain is back, losing a few IQ points when undroning.
He takes the glass of scotch and downs it it on gulp, barely tasting it. Making his way over to the phone.]
[Phone | Everyone]
☠☠☠☠, I'm back again. Not like this town has anywhere to send me anyways.
Whose bushes did I ☠☠☠☠ in to deserve being punished like that anyways?
[Action | 950 Beulah Street residents]
[The Captain just won't settle for the clothes his drone self liked to wear. Going to his closet.
He strips down to his boxers first.
Suiting up, he puts on a pair of camo, cargo pants.
Then a gray t-shirt with a big black star on the chest.
Socks and Red Converse high tops go on next.
Lastly, he throws on the stained, worn out duster and let's it settle on his shoulders.
The Captain is back!]
[Action | On the streets]
[The Captain is going to the bar. Because where else does he go to cope with anything?
He'll walk the first few blocks before remembering he is a ☠☠☠☠ super hero. He launches himself into the air and flys the rest of the way.]
[Action | Olney's Tavern]
[The Captain starts light, shots of whiskey and beers for chasers.
Soon enough he'll just order the bottle and stop the pretense of chasers.
He's sitting alone at a table at the moment but he doesn't seem to be glaring people away from joining him.]

[Action in the house, yo]
Not like she ever told anybody anyway, she's keeping that a secret for now. However, as she opened the door, her jaw dropped a bit at the sight of her 'father' wearing different clothes. Though it might have been odd and would've raised a mere eyebrow to others if they witnessed it, she was at a loss for words for the time being.
What even.]
Re: [Action in the house, yo]
So he'll just assume she is breaking in.
Frowning at her.]
You lost or you like sneaking into my ☠☠☠☠ house?
Re: [Action in the house, yo]
[Oookay, that is a little scary. Drone father, wth are you doing.]
N-no, father-- I mean, sir! I live here, h-honest!
[Action in the house, yo]
So you're the new victim stuck in here with me? Do I got anyone else or are they all just drones too?

What are they going to do? Send me back.
[He would sound bitter but right now he is glad to be back.]
They won't get away from me that easy.

The Captain sits down with his own bottle and frowns at him.]
You know, I hear that ☠☠☠☠ is bad for you.
[Yeah, he's making a joke. Or trying while still trying to sound grumpy.]

He's hit it pretty hard; if they were going to toy with his memories so easily, he didn't want to remember anything, and the best solution he'd found so far was the bar.]

You drink yourself to death there?
I'm not burying you. Beats the hangover you'd get otherwise though.
