It is everyone's favorite alcoholic, The Captain. He's in a better mood than usual and is actually still sober. Those who saw him floating like a dead man would also notice his mood has changed. Why you might ask?
Because he is ☠☠☠☠ flying! He is shooting down the street, just above car and fence level. His firsts are ahead of him just like superman and he's flying fast. The Captain is grinning ear to ear and having the time of his life.
Someone is really enjoying his regain after several days of helplessly floating against his will. He might wave at passing people or even slow up to say hi. The town may or may not like this.]
