[The Captain is a child! He's an average little kid with goofy ears and black hair. He's used to wandering strange streets and finding ways to amuse himself. He seems very cheerful and is usually laughing.
He doesn't have powers and there are no obvious signs of the alcoholic and depressing man he becomes.
((OOC: Only kid picture for The Captain I have sadly so I will say his emotions rather than Icon express them.))
You can find him doing any of the following!]:
A)
[The Captain is running down the sidewalks, and sometimes in the streets. His arms are spread to either sides like wings and he is making swooshing noises and airplane noises. Just enjoying his exploration and imagining himself flying.]
B)
[The Captain is in the park chasing squirrels and small animals with sticks and giggling. Sometimes hiding in bushes and pretending to play hide and seek, though there are no other kids playing with him.]
C)
[The Captain is looking in the window of a store, staring at toys. Specifically a toy Teddy Bear. His face is pressed against the glass and he seems to be trying to think of how he can manage to get that toy. He isn't going in, he knows he isn't allowed by himself.]
