[Someone has been depressed and drinking since his lost that fight against the Milkman. He heard that it was all a joke but let that just register as an annoyance.
Being drunk, he did miss the fact that he lost his powers. Checking his mail, he had no clue why he got that card about flying.
Oh well, time to have a flight and cheer the ☠☠☠☠ up. So The Captain is soaring through town at top speed, apparently unaware of his non-invulnerable status.
Feel free to wave, cheer, yell at, stare, or whatever. He'll wave as he flies by.
