[[Location: IN YOUR HOME]]

[That's right, it's about that time again.  The Captain had a night out drinking (like most nights).  Having gotten thoroughly lost again, he has walked into a random house.  They all look the same right?  Well it's your house!  You will find The Captain in the morning having entered late at night and passed out.

He is mostly uninjured (for now) except for a few bruises and scrapes.

Any of these situations are possible:

--The Captain is asleep on your living room couch.  There are anywhere between 1 and 4 bottles of alcohol lying on your floor.  Some are not empty.  Some have been left to pour out on your carpet letting the smell of alcohol fill the room.

--The Captain is passed out in your bathtub/shower!  He sort of just fell and stayed where he landed, no matter how uncomfortable it looks.  He may have urinated in your sink.  There is a bottle of bourbon floating in your toilet.

--The Captain failed to even work a door handle or window and is on your front porch curled up and sleeping, cuddling a bottle of whiskey.  There are a couple other bottles littering your front yard.  The gate to your fence is likely broken.

--The Captain is in your car, finding the back seat comfortable.  His discarded, half drunk, bottle of vodka is laying on your front seat.

--The Captain somehow made it onto your roof.  It's a wonder since the last time he took a drunken tumble.  Still, he laid on his back snoring loudly.  His discarded bottle of liquor has rolled into your gutter.

--Maybe you are lucky and The Captain is awake!  He has not realized what home he is in.  He is in your kitchen with a bowl of cereal, eating and praying for his hangover to go away.  Your fridge is open.  Your milk is open and on the counter.  Your cereal is open and spilled a bit on the counter.

Do as you would if any of these events occurred in your home.]

Well I certainly wasn't raised to be a fool.

Just be careful. I know you can't really die here, but I imagine it's just as painful.

Na, looks like you were raised right. Bet you're parents were smart too.

[He'd even compliment people! Obviously a rare mood. Then hearing the rest.]

What do you mean you can't die?

I bet they were.

I guess you just get right back up the next day or something. I don't know how it works and haven't experienced it myself, but I've heard.

[Well that gave him pause, but just barely.]

Didn't get to know your parents huh?

That's pretty ☠☠☠☠ right there.

[Guess who didn't realize he died once already?]

They're dead. Didn't even know them.

Yeah, you're telling me. I mean. If you really need to, it could be a safety net, but it's not something I'd want to deal with.

Eh, you might be better off. You turned out fine without them. I mean look at me. I had at least one parent and you can see how ☠☠☠☠ I turned out.

Well, not like I haven't tried something that might get me killed before.

[For once, she was never more glad that she's an orphan.]

Me neither, but still.

[He could add that with other women never being more glad that they couldn't bare children.]

I've thrown myself into plenty of self destructive things before... It ☠☠☠☠ hurts but...

[His mood picked up again, she was doing good without even trying.]

... But I never backed down before. I can leave the thinking problems to others, I'll take care of the stuff I can do...And those two kids I can ☠☠☠☠ up...

[Or so he assumed...]

You should probably find your house first before you do anything like that, though. You'd need a base of operations, at least.

Na, it's fine. I'll take care of this then I'll worry about the house. Not like a fake house matters.

[Plan! Time for Action! No need to distract himself with real logic.]

Good luck, then.

But if you show up here drunk again, I may not be as sympathetic.

[Lies. All lies.]

[The Captain would stand up and wave.]

Yeah, yeah. I'll try harder next time to find my place... these houses all look ☠☠☠☠ the same.

I'll also let you know how the fight goes.

If you need back-up...

[Trails off, not entirely sure if she's offering to help or not or to just call someone else.

She ends it with a shrug.]

I'll see you later.

[The Captain, too hung over to really look noble, would nod to her.]

Of course, I'm a Hero though... I'll be fine.
